Easier Search Terms
Recently, I have worked with eDoctrina to simplify the search term list so more results would yield with less search terms for the same subject area. As long as you are using the eDoctrina Items Bank in the current school year, you can use the above search terms to find regents tests or questions!
Assign whole exams
The eDoctrina items bank holds past regents exams, whether they were given in January, June, or August. Watch the above video to see how to:
-Copy a Regents Exam
-Edit it as needed
-Assign to your students
Grab specific questions to make a “Frankenstein Test”
Using the question bank, you can browse multiple regents at once and make a frankenstein review test! Watch the video above to learn how to
-Create a new test
-Browse the question bank
-Add questions to your test
Use Rubrics to Predict Score on Future Regents
If your district has added the Monroe BOCES Bank, you have access to ELA and Social Studies Essay rubrics that can be used to score student writing inside or outside of eDoctrina. These rubrics break the writing down by criteria but can still predict a holistic score! Additionally, each criterion has a student friendly learning target attached!
See past results to help students identify areas of strengths/opportunity
Some districts have imported regents results from June 2023. That means we generate an individual student report to show students how they answered and where they can focus to improve. Click above to see
